We can't promise that a specific interview slot will line up with your calendar—availability is competitive and still needs quick action on your part. What we do promise is that you'll feel confident using GlobalEntrySlots. Try any plan and, within 30 days of your purchase date, you can ask for your money back. Even if we sent alerts or you simply changed your mind, we'll return 100% of your purchase price to the original payment method. No hoops, no partial credits, just a full, friendly refund.

Coverage Window
Thirty days from your purchase date.

The 30-day refund window starts from your purchase date—the day your payment is processed. Keep your preferences and contact details up to date so alerts can reach you. Throughout that period you can request a full refund—even if alerts were sent—simply because you're not happy with the experience.

How to Request Your Refund
A quick email is all it takes.
  1. Email support@globalentryslots.com with the subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Include the email you used at checkout and, if possible, your order or monitor ID.
  3. We confirm ownership, cancel the scan, and send the money straight back—typically within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Prefer chat or phone? Reach out through support and we'll initiate the refund from there.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or involve reselling of alerts. Genuine travelers rarely run into issues—when in doubt, reach out and we'll work with you.
